NC-Point Oy performs dynamic balancing at its facility in Kerava. Dynamic balancing is performed on parts of varying sizes on two bearing planes, including rotating parts that require high precision and expertise. We have a number of machines to perform balancing, quickly pinpointing any imbalances and fixing them with ease.

Balancing on three bearing planes

Our machines are capable of measuring, for example, a roll’s average deflection when the rpm rate changes, and can balance on three bearing planes.

Quality-enhancing balancing even for large partse

We can also perform dynamic balancing for large items. We can balance parts whose dimensions are the following: weight max. 20 tonnes, diameter 3 metres and length 10 metres. Enquire about this service for your machines.

Parts that have imbalances cause, among other things, excessive loads on bearings and structures, reduced usability and reduced quality of the end product. We import balancing machines

You can also buy balancing machines from us. We import balancing machines manufactured by Schenck RoTec GmbH, delivering hundreds of them to Finland and Estonia. We also operate in Estonia. We have a dealership and maintenance services for such machines. Our machines can balance, for example, paper machine rolls, electric motor rotors, fan rotors and aeroplane engine parts. The parts to be balanced can vary between 0.1 kg to 100,000 kg.
